Behind the doors of our second grade classrooms, the students are expected to start becoming well rounded in all areas of life. Students will begin to learn how to change their lessons into everyday usage. Students come ready to learn in a fun but educational day in the classroom. The surroundings of second graders include technology and the hands on experience from which the students will learn.

Through Language Arts, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies, the curriculum stimulates these young minds with a sense of the world engulfed in imagination and creativity. A typical day looks like this:

8:00-9:45 Language Arts
9:55-10:40 Music, PE/Health, Spanish
10:40-11:15 Writing, DEAR, Entrepreneurship
11:15-11:30 Recess
11:30-12:00 Lunch
12:05-1:05 Math
1:05-2:05 Science
2:05-3:05 Social Studies
3:05-3:15 Dismissal
