According to the News Journal, doctors are saying that a really nasty stomach bug is running around Delaware. A few cases have been reported at the Academy of Dover this past week.
If your child exhibits any of the following symptoms, please keep your child at home until fever-free and no more symptoms for 24 hours:
· Nausea
· Vomiting
· Watery diarrhea
· Abdominal cramping ("stomach ache")
· Abdominal (stomach) pain
· Dehydration.
