The Academy of Dover (AOD) is a free public charter school for students in grades K-4. AOD is proud to have earned national accreditation for its quality educational program.
Expectations are high for student achievement and behavior. Every child can be successful at AOD because each has an Individualized Learning Plan and receives personalized attention in small classes.
There are no ordinary teachers at AOD, and no ordinary learners. The Academy's positive and nurturing environment encourages everyone to reach his or her optimum potential.
When AOD graduates move on to middle school, they are responsible citizens ready to tackle the next phase of their education with purpose, passion and proficiency.
